Your impact

• Building, installation, modification, conversion and maintenance of machinery and technical systems
• Precise machining of parts
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues  
• Overseeing production processes
• Assembling prefabricated parts into machine tools or other special machines

Who you are

You are characterized by your strong team spirit and reliability. You also have the following skills:   

• You hold an intermediate ten-year school-leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife)
• You are the go-to person for repairs in your household
• You take responsibility of tasks and are aware of the possible consequences of your actions  
• You quickly adapt to new challenges and situations
• Your German language level is at least B2

• Location: Allendorf (Eder) 
• Start date: August 2025
• School: Hans-Viessmann-Schule, Frankenberg 
• Duration: 3.5 years
• Salary:
• 1st year of training: 1,049€
• 2nd year of training: 1,111€
• 3rd year of training: 1,197€
• 4th year of training: 1,241€
• You will receive a mobility subsidy for the trips to school
