Product Owner (m/f/d) for Airbus

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Product Owner" (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Understand how to operate with Epics, Capabilities, Features, Stories & Defects
• Refine backlog items, drafting stories and tasks the team can estimate and execute on
• Establish order of backlog items based on given priorities and dependencies to other teams of the ART
• Verify readiness of backlog items (stories, defects, features) for acceptance. Ensure completed backlog items follow defined (quality) standards in terms of documentation, testing and DevOps best practices
• Participate and facilitate recurring ceremonies like Product Increment Planning, Iteration Planning, Daily Standup et al.
• Collaborate with Product Managers & Product Owners of ART teams, software vendors, development teams, Airbus departments providing central services (e.g. storage, network, OS et al.)
• Contribute to long-term roadmap planning in collaboration with Product Management, outlining a vision spanning multiple PIs
• Challenge assignment of tasks by Product Mgmt. to own team

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Over 5 years of professional experience in the field of IT and project management
• Very good knowledge of project management
• Basic knowledge of process management and IT change management 
• Good knowledge of Unix, Windows, Java and SQL
• First knowledge of Python and Agility
• Fluent in English
• Experienced knowledge of German
