We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Aerostructures GmbH and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position as "Customer Order Manager" (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- Responsible for the coordination between the Production units and SATAIR and then our Customers (Airlines, MRO) ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Act as a focal point between Production units, Ordering, Supply Chain, and Quality
- Comment/advise on potential improvements regarding the way of working
- Support our business and our subcontractors in SAP systems
- Responsible and accountable for the definition, implementation, and reporting of key projects and/or continuous improvement programs (within a defined area)
- Plant Production Coordination (what, when, follow-up)
- Compile all required information regarding order status and delivery date
- Ensure on-time and on-quality delivery and shipment of parts
- Trigger the provision of commercial data (e.g., cost, lead-time) to ASO on request
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of business administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, Supply Chain Quality or a comparable qualification
- Over 2 years of professional experience in the field of production planning and control and supply chain
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Fluent in English and German
