Logistics MDU/ODU Manager (m/f/d) for Airbus

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Logistics MDU/ODU Manager" (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Responsable for design and provide the right amount of material delivery units (MDUs) and overseas delivery units (ODUs) to secure the material availability at station in Hamburg, Bremen, Mobile and Tianjin
• Enable the ramp-up by planning and sourcing needed MDU/ ODU capacities
• Act as focal point for MDU/ ODU relevant initiatives in strong coordination with operational logistics and project teams
• Develop and implement improvements and modifications of MDUs/ ODUs and ensure constant alignment with our stakeholders
• Act as a focal point for MDU repair management and monitor Logistic Service Provider (LSP) or Packaging Service Provider (PSP) maintenance
• Enable projects by developing and implementing new delivery and transport solutions
• Be the interface to General Procurement and actively support the Call-for-Tender process for the planning and sourcing of MDUs/ ODUs

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of Civil engineering, engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
• Over three years of professional experience in the field of:
  • Manufacturing/ Production
  • Supplier Management
  • Project Management
  • Supply Chain/ Logistics
• Good knowledge of change management
• Knowdlege of Google Workspace
• Fluent in English and German
