Supply Officer (m/f/d) - Galleys Supply Management at Airbus

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Supply Officer (m/f/d) - Galleys Supply Management".

Your tasks:

• Order equipment and parts within all business models
• Check and follow up on order on-time and on-quality deliveries and manage the related data in ERP system
• Acts as a focal point for all supply chain topics within a defined supplier portfolio
• Launch AOG transport in case of urgent deliveries
• Monitor inventory level and stock turns based on defined targets
• Reduce missing parts shortages and contribute to risk management
• Lead continuous improvements and carry out root cause analysis in case needed

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of engineering, business Administration, supply chain or a comparable qualification
• More than two years of professional experience in the field of:
  • Scheduling / Material Procurement
  • Purchase
  • Supplier Management
  • Supply Chain / Logistics
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of Google Workspace
• Fluent in English
• Basic knowledge in German
