We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Supply Officer (m/f/d) After Sales for Standard".

Your tasks:

• Managing the flow of materials to Airbus and search for solutions to fulfill customer demands on standard and hardware materials
• Ensuring the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and developing creative ideas to meet urgent needs
• Communicating demand to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, analyzing delivery delays and managing recovery plans
• Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistic processes
• Monitoring the performance of the supply chain in day-to-day business as well as regular contact with suppliers
• Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of the order

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of engineering, Business economics, supply chain or a comparable qualification 
• More than two years of professional experience in the field of:
  • Scheduling / Material Procurement
  • Purchase
  • Logistics
  • Supply Chain
• Good knowledge in Project Management 
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of Google Workspace 
• Fluent in English
• Basic knowledge in German
