We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Supply Officer (m/f/d) After Sales for Standard".
Your tasks:
- Managing the flow of materials to Airbus and search for solutions to fulfill customer demands on standard and hardware materials
- Ensuring the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and developing creative ideas to meet urgent needs
- Communicating demand to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, analyzing delivery delays and managing recovery plans
- Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistic processes
- Monitoring the performance of the supply chain in day-to-day business as well as regular contact with suppliers
- Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of the order
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of engineering, Business economics, supply chain or a comparable qualification
- More than two years of professional experience in the field of:
- Scheduling / Material Procurement
- Purchase
- Logistics
- Supply Chain
- Good knowledge in Project Management
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Fluent in English
- Basic knowledge in German
