• Key role working closely with the management team and making sure “everything runs.”
• Manage internal processes (HR, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Organization etc.).
• Be the team coordinator and coordinate staff & client meetings.
• Manage all aspects of internal office operations, creating a beautiful, warm, and welcoming environment.
• Manage travel, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
• Support the execution of projects by tracking progress, delivering updates to key stakeholders, and ensuring that timelines are adhered to.
• Act as a liaison between teams to ensure efficient communication across departments.
• Assist in organizing internal events, workshops, and team-building activities to foster a collaborative environment.

• Prior work experience in a relevant field

• University degree or apprenticeship (Ausbildung)

• Strong interest in joining an innovative Start-Up

• Excellent handling of MS Office applications

• Fluent in German and full English proficiency
