YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will engage with technical, product and business stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions
• You will work closely with software development engineers, data scientists, MLOps engineers, product and business owners to design and implement Generative AI driven solutions balancing benefits of custom solutions and standardization opportunities ensuring production grade services
• You will collaborate with technical stakeholders to enhance the experience and efficiency of our software development processes and enable our software development engineers to utilize Generative AI in our products
• You will share your knowledge and learnings about ML engineering best practices with colleagues in data science and other teams to extend overall technical knowledge
• You will bring in your design and development experience related to efficient and proven Generative AI governance frameworks

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Background You have strong hands-on experience in Engineering and Generative AI and a solid knowledge of Python and AWS cloud technologies
• Experience You have practical experience with Open AI or AWS Bedrock and with the open-source models, e.g. Llama
• Tools You have worked with Generative AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain and are in addition capable of Java or Go
• Skills You are aware of LLMOps paradigm and applied it in various Generative AI projects. You have experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment approaches.
• Approach You interact efficiently with stakeholders in business, product, software development engineering and data science
• Communication You communicate fluently in English
