Transformation Leader (m/f/d) for Airbus

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Transformation Leader" (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Improvement of cross FAL SA processes/Methods/Tools to reach more efficiency and conformity. For instance Digital Design Manufacturing and Services (DDMS) for SA (LeanPLM), Standard Operation Instruction (SOI) transformation
• Lead improvement projects across the FAL SA in order to increase efficiency
• Ability to build a living network and demonstrate implementation will pave your success
• Long term perspective: Act as a central point of contact sharing expertise with the people in the Single Aisle ME/Shopfloor community

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of aerospace, engineering, Industrial engineering or a comparable qualification 
• More than 5 years of professional experience in the field of Manufacturing Engineering and project Management 
• Knowledge of each detail of the ME/shopfloor processes is required
• Competence in data visualization solutions would be a plus
• Good knowledge of MS-Office
• Fluent in English
• German and/or French are an advantage
• Willigness to travel for business (1-2x pro month to Toulouse for 1/2 days)
