Your tasks:

Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with international airlines

Processing tenders and creating business proposals
-
Negotiating and concluding Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Ensuring compliance with commercial agreements regarding quality and delivery times

Acting as the interface between customers and internal teams for seamless service execution

Proactive communication with customers, problem-solving, and developing improvements

What you bring:

Experience in customer service or sales, ideally in the aviation industry
