Principal Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Manager (m/f/d)

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Manager to lead and execute integration activities for mergers and acquisitions within All for One Group. This role is critical in shaping our integration strategies to align with the purpose of each acquisition, ensuring seamless alignment with our organizational model and internationalization strategy. The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance, Legal, HR, and business unit representatives to ensure smooth and effective integration processes while driving business alignment and value realization. 

 
WHAT MAKES YOUR JOB EXCITING:

  • Design and implement tailored PMI approaches based on the strategic purpose of each acquisition (e.g., market expansion, portfolio expansion, talent acquisition, technology integration). 
  • Ensure integration strategies align with organizational goals, including go-to-market models and internationalization plans. 
  • Develop and manage detailed post-merger integration plans, outlining timelines, responsibilities, and milestones. 
  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day integration activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business priorities. 
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, IT and business unit stakeholders to identify and address integration needs. 
  • Act as the primary liaison between teams to resolve issues and keep integration efforts on track. 
  • Help ensure that acquired companies are integrated into our go-to-market and organizational model seamlessly, preserving customer and operational continuity. 
  • Support change management initiatives to align organizational culture, policies, and processes. And accompany further group-wide strategic topics on a case-by-case basis.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and report progress. 
  • Monitor integration performance against key metrics and milestones.

YOUR TALENTS:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in post-merger integration or related project management roles. 
  • Experience working in a global or multi-country environment is a strong advantage. 
  • Solid project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships across functions. 
  • Expertise in tailoring PMI approaches to different acquisition goals with a proven track record. 
  • Practical understanding of go-to-market models, business scalability, and international expansion strategies. 
  • Working knowledge of financial, legal, HR, and operational aspects of mergers and acquisitions. 
  • Practical understanding of change management and cultural integration principles. 
  • Possibly, in the future, lead a small PMI team.
