Supply Officer (m/f/d) for Airbus

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Supply Officer" (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Actively managing the material flow to internal and external customers and finding solutions to meet customer requirements for cabin parts
• Ensuring the accuracy of requirements communicated to suppliers
• Communicating requirements to suppliers
• Issuing and tracking orders, anticipating production disruptions, and managing recovery plans
• Actively participating in the definition and negotiation of logistics processes
• Monitoring supply chain performance in daily operations and maintaining regular contact with suppliers
• Communicating with internal customers about the status of order processing

Your profile:

• Completed further training as a technician/business administrator in the field of business administration, supply chain, engineering or a comparable qualification
• Over three years of professional experience in the field of:
  • Scheduling/ Material Procurement
  • Customer Service
  • Supplier Management
  • Supply Chain/ Logistics
• Over two years of professional experience in the field of Supply chain 
• Over one year of professional experience in the field of purchase
• Good knowledge of SAP/ R3
• Knowledge of Google Workspace
• Fluent in English and German
• Willingness to travel must be available approx. 8 times a year for a week international
