Structure Analysis Engineer (m/f/d) for Airbus

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Aerostructures and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Structure Analysis Engineer" (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Creation of analysis models, static and F&DT calculations, reports and studies for aircraft structures for all Airbus programs (A350XWB, A320 Family, and next generation Aircraft Programs)
• Prepare the definition of analysis methods and specifications
• Check and approve of internally and externally created analysis data and documentation
• Check relevant input to design for the creation of drawings for manufacturing and support other functions (i.e.: production, customer support) as needed
• Technical guidance of the sub-contracting companies providing structure analysis work
• Apply airworthiness regulations, relevant design principles, processes, methods and manufacturing capabilities guidelines for safe operation of the Product with respect to structural integrity and operational effectiveness
• Define, interpret and validate structural tests for certification
• Creation and monitoring of project plans, project performance and reporting
• Collaborate and communicate with relevant stakeholders (design, project, manufacturing)

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of aerospace, engineering or a comparable qualification
• More than three years of professional experience in the field of Fatigue and Damage Tolerance and Stress engineering
• Knowledge of numerical calculations (finite element modeling with Altair Hyperworks) and Nastran or similar) are desirable
• Solid knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python) and data analysis is desirable
• Good knowledge of Catia V5 and Nastran
• Knowledge of Google Workspace
• Fluent in English
• Experienced knowledge of German
